Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Manager- Corporate Sales MICE at Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd located in Bengaluru. As a Senior Manager- Corporate Sales MICE, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales and business development within the MICE segment. You will develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and actively participate in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution, and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the MICE industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the MICE industry, including event planning and management
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Certifications in sales or business development are a plus
